I’m really excited about this new site and the distribution deal.

Because of that I am in the giving mood and want to give away the first song on the CD.

YOU HOLD THE WORLD TOGETHER is a song that was written out of Colossians 1. It is amazing to me to think that Jesus holds all things together, that by him and through Him are all things and…ALL FOR HIS GLORY!!

I’m really excited to announce that Overwhelmed will be distributed by Word Distribution. Thanks to Dave Lubben (Tent Creative Group) and Chris Thomason (In:Ciite Media) for making this happen.

It is a great opportunity for these songs to get “out there”. My hope is that God uses this opportunity to get these songs in churches all over. That these songs would begin to be woven into the DNA of many churches.

That they would serve the church in bringing glory to God.

Starting the production of my first record. Dave Lubben of Tent Creative Group is producing it. He is a great friend and a great producer. Should be a fun journey.

A little quick glance at the killer design… Jordan Chesbrough did a great job of capturing my desire for the packaging.

Conceptually I wanted the packaging to communicate the darkness that invades all around and can be overwhelming but the love of Christ brings hope in the midst of the darkest circumstances. When we are overwhelmed by the love of Christ the darkness flees.

The Cd project is progressing…I am getting a little antsy.  Today I got the privileged of working with Jordan Chesbrough.  He is an amazing friend and a great photographer!  We got some great stuff.

I am really excited with how every song came out.  One of the best parts of this project was co-writing with Dave Lubben. He did an amazing job of pulling the songs out of me that I always wanted to write.

This is where the magic happened!!

We had a ton of fun putting down all the scratch tracks and then having Aaron Sterling fly in to lay down an amazing foundation to build everything else off of . Thanks once again to my producer Dave Lubben (Kutless “It is Well”) for making my solo debut a fun experience and an incredible record

Talk about tone, talk about groove, talk about vibe….the band that producer Dave Lubben pulled together for this record was unbelievable.  I could have only hoped for guys that brought these songs to life.  Dave Lubben and these guys did an amazing job of bringing to life the thoughts, ideas, prays and yearnings of my heart. Here are the guys that played on the record!!  I’m still in serious awe of these guys and what they created!
